On the day of the trial class
Please come to the reception desk 15-20 minutes before the class starts. Please fill out the experience consent form.
What to Bring
- Clothes that are easy to move in (there is a changing room with lockers with locks)
- Yoga mat (rentals are free for those with experience tickets)
- Ventilation will be done during the class, so it is convenient to have a jacket, socks, shawl, etc. that can regulate your body temperature.

- We recommend that you finish eating at least 2 hours before class.
- You can always take a break if you feel sore or tired. Please enjoy it within reasonable limits.
If you wish to join after the experience, please choose either the monthly membership fee plan or the ticket plan by the last day of the trial class or the start of the next class. (If you enroll on the day of the trial class, the admission fee of 3,300 yen will be free)
*If you have a 3-time experience ticket, you will be eligible for admission before the expiration date.

We hold daily yoga classes that suit each individual's style
We hold more than 75 classes a week of various styles of yoga classes from 60 to 80 minutes by experienced instructors.
Choose a yoga class that fits your lifestyle, such as a morning yoga class at the beginning of the day, an afternoon class when your child is at school, or an evening class after work.

How to apply
- Prepare a cash card for the withdrawal bank account and ask at the reception (a seal may be required)
- At the time of application, we will ask you to pay the membership fee for two months in cash or by credit card (lump sum only).
* If you want to take additional classes, you can participate for ¥ 1,650 once.
*No fees for changing plans after the 4th month
