As a yoga instructor, Brian's main areas of focus, philosophy, & discipline follow principles of Hatha Yoga, believing that yoga can be accessible for anyone.
Following Hatha, once a person begins to practice asana, the practice becomes an instinctive path towards a healthier lifestyle & deeper yogic practices.

From Oct 2018 until Jul 2019, he taught yoga & lived at Rishikesh Yogashram Trust, a sustainable living community in North India.
Here, Meditation & Karma Yoga are also daily practices.

In 2014 & 2016, Brian completed Yoga Teacher Trainings (Total: RYT500) at Vikasa Yoga Retreat in Thailand with focus on asana sequencing, anatomy, diet & Hatha styles such as Universal Yoga & Yin Yoga. The courses also went deep into Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra practices

From 2016 to 2018 in Osaka Japan, Brian began to teach/host yoga events privately at homes, at healthy-living workshops, art studios, and in some well-known parks; constantly looking for new, creative and inspiring yoga techniques for self-growth and to share with students.

As a yoga instructor Brian's main goal is to inspire students, striving to help any who participate to make a deeper mind-body connection, to feel more in touch with their energetic self, & most of all, to feel encouraged to continue their yoga practice.
