Starting Yoga Program -3 months basic course-


Do you want to start something new in 2021?
Or if you are a yoga practitioner, you know how yoga can support your life. Please let your friends and family know this program!

This program is for you if you're completely new to yoga, so there's no need to be worry if you have no previous yoga experience. Over the course of 3 months, you'll cover the basic building blocks of yoga so that you can feel confident taking any Level 1 classes.
All the classes will be guided bilingually in English and Japanese. You will choose one of the style, and will practice with one teacher and the same group of students.

Sanjo Studio Every Wednesday 19:30-20:30 (Jan. 20 - Mar. 24)
Hatha Yoga with Eri
Learn the essential yoga postures in a safe environment at a comfortable speed. These teachings aim to help establish the foundations for an effective and enjoyable Yoga practice. Students can expect to practice both passive and active Hatha Yoga exercises that establish physical and mental clarity and calmness.


Matsuiyamate Studio Every Monday 13:30-14:30 (Jan. 25 - Mar. 29)
Tri yoga with Maaya
Tri Yoga, the art and science of yogaflow®, is the dynamic, meditative trinity of asana, pranayama and mudra. Prana-inspired and systematically introduced, Tri Yoga unites breath and mudra with flowing and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion.


Matsuiyamate Studio Every Saturday 15:30-16:30 (Jan. 23 - Mar. 27)
Vinyasa yoga with Azusa
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that places importance on the flow and connection between individual poses (asana) of yoga.In Sanskrit, vinyasa actually means "continuity", thus the emphasis on the connection of breath and asana.
