Everyone is a little nervous when they try something new, and sometimes struggle in the beginning. Everyone begins yoga in the same way. There is a Japanese expression that says "Enjoying something is the key to progress", so there is no need to compete with others (or even yourself). No matter what your level, please just simply enjoy the class!
Class is over If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your instructor or the front desk staff.
If you should wish to join TAMISA after your Trial Class, please ask at the Front Desk.
Join up after your Trial Class, and the ¥3000 Registration Fee is free.
